Find your way to this park:

Dequindre Cut Greenway

The Dequindre Cut Greenway is a two lane walking and biking course that spans roughly two miles from Larned Street and Saint Aubin to Chestnut Street and St. Aubin. Following this path, the course will take you over evenly paved terrain and features colorful graffiti art and urban murals.

Finished in May of 2009, this area once was the location of the Grand Trunk Railroad Line and now links a pedestrian path between the East Riverfront and Eastern Market. Included in the green space is a set of fitness machines close to the entrance at Larned and St. Aubin.

Located close to the exit, you’ll see an outdoor bar called the Freight Yard, an attractively decorated outdoor beer and wine garden, modeled in shipping containers calling back to the history of the location. The bar is open Friday 4-9 pm, Saturday 12-9 pm, and Sunday 12-7 pm and a full list of events can be seen on their Facebook page.
