I’m a Detroit-based public administration professional who blends housing systems work with community storytelling and creativity. Alongside my day job supporting statewide homelessness and housing programs, I also work as a Detroit Documenter with Outlier Media and have worked as a storyteller with Sofa Stories, helping make local decision-making in the city of Detroit and lived experiences of homelessness more visible across Detroit. I’m especially drawn to community reporting as a creative way to build connection, transparency, and amplify voices that are often overlooked.
